The RP4-GM41 interface allows the replacement of a factory radio in select General Motors vehicles with 29-bit LAN v2 44-pin connector radios. Using this interface will retain factory features such as steering wheel controls (SWC) & Warning Chimes when the original radio is removed. Use of this interface also allows you to program two radio functions to each SWC button by using short press long press dual command functionality. The RP4-GM41 also provides data bus driven outputs such as retained accessory power (RAP), vehicle speed sensor (VSS), illumination, reverse trigger and parking brake.

Buick Encore, Chevrolet Cruze, Equinox and GMC Terrain: 

• Must use firmware version 1.2.3a.4 or higher
  
• Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
  
• RP does not retain the HVAC backlight in vehicles with a monochrome display.
  
• The separate LCD screen above the factory radio will not be retained.

2015+ Chevrolet Trax - Must use firmware version 1.2.3a.4 or higher

Chevrolet Malibu - Models with navigation are not compatible

Important Notes:

• Once the radio has been removed, the vehicle settings which are normally selected through the factory radio can be accessed by downloading and installing the PAC Vehicle Settings program from http://www.pac-audio.com/firmware/RP/index.html. Please make your vehicle settings selections before removing the factory radio for optimal installation time.
  
• The radio select rotary switch on the side of the interface must be adjusted to the proper radio setting before plugging the interface into the vehicle (see below for setting chart).
  
• The interface comes pre-programmed for all of the vehicles factory SWC functions and does not require programming unless you wish to re-assign the SWC functions or utilize short press long press dual command functionality. The SWC can always be restored to default settings by pressing and releasing the program button on the side of the interface once and waiting 7 seconds for the LED to flash 4 times.
  
• The LED will flash whenever a SWC button is pressed.
  
• BAADIN22 antenna adapter sold separately

Signature Required

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, DBs Car Audio will only require a signature upon delivery if the order is over $500. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft. Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Delivery estimates do not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, nor out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.

Standard delivery time for domestic customers will average from 2-4 business days, but can take longer in some cases. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of god (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also voided if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination. Our guarantee is also void if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made if a signature is required.
