Compatibility Notes:

• 2012-2014 Avalanche, Sierra, Silverado Suburban, Tahoe & Yukon: vehicles equipped with a navigation radio are not compatible. These vehicles must use the RP4-GM32
  
• Chevrolet Express vans & GMC Savannah vans equipped with diesel engines are not compatible
  
• Does not retain OnStar. For OnStar retention please use the RP5-GM31
  
• Premium Factory amplified Systems will not fade as neither the aftermarket radio or the RP interface have the ability to control the amplifier’s fader.
  
• Does not retain escalating tones of parking sensor proximity
  
• Does not retain lane departure or forward collision warning tones

Important Notes:

• These instructions only apply to R.1.2.3a.8 or later revisions. The revision info can be found on a small white sticker on the interface and packaging.
  
• The radio select rotary switch on the side of the interface, must be adjusted to the proper radio setting before plugging the interface into the vehicle (see below for setting chart).
  
• The interface comes pre-programmed for all of the vehicle’s factory SWC functions and does not require programming, unless you wish to re-assign the SWC functions or utilize short press / long press dual command functionality. The SWC can always be restored to default settings by pressing and releasing the program button on the side of the interface once, and waiting 7 seconds for the LED to flash 4 times.
  
• RSC buttons that are identical to the SWC will mimic the SWC one for one.
  To prevent over driven audio when installing into a vehicle with a Bose system and the aftermarket radio does not have low level outputs, a 4 channel or two 2 channel LOC’s are recommended to match the input voltage. We recommend the LP5-4 or two LP5-2 or any other LOC that have the same characteristics as the LP5-4 or LP5-2.
  
• To prevent ground loop or engine noise when installing aftermarket radios that use a common ground on the RCA outputs, a pair of ground loop isolators (part # SNI-1 or LPGL-2) are required.
  
• The LED will flash whenever a SWC button is pressed.

Signature Required

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, DBs Car Audio will only require a signature upon delivery if the order is over $500. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft. Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Delivery estimates do not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, nor out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.

Standard delivery time for domestic customers will average from 2-4 business days, but can take longer in some cases. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of god (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also voided if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination.
