The GM3A-RSTX interface allows the replacement of a factory radio in select General Motors vehicles with 29 Bit Data-Bus. Using this interface will retain factory features such as Warning Chimes, Bose Amplifier, Steering Wheel Controls (SWC), Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE), and Rear Seat Controls (RSC) when the original radio is removed. The GM3A-RSTX provides data bus driven outputs such as retained accessory power (RAP), vehicle speed signal (VSS), illumination, reverse trigger, parking brake and Onstar. 

Compatibility Notes:

• 2012+ GM trucks and SUVs: equipped with factory navigation radios require the RP5-GM32
  
• 2014+ Silverado and Sierra: Only compatible with 2500 & 3500 series trucks with non-navigation radios. 1500 series must use the RP5-GM51. 2500 & 3500 series trucks with navigation radios must use the RP5-GM32
  
• In Premium Amplified Systems there will be no fading capability of the aftermarket stereo.
  
• Chevrolet Express vans & GMC Savannah vans equipped with diesel engines are not compatible
  
• Does not retain escalating tones of parking sensor proximity
  
• Does not retain lane departure or forward collision warning tones 

Important Notes:

• The radio select dip switches on the side of the interface must be set to the proper radio selection before plugging the interface into the vehicle. 
  
• The interface comes pre programed for all vehicles factory default SWC functions.
• These can be reprogrammed if you wish to change functionality, please refer to Optional SWC Programing section on page 3. 
  
• RSC buttons that are identical to the SWC will mimic the SWC one for one. 
  If the vehicle chimes when the radio is removed, the CMX is not necessary. In order to get the best possible sound out of the CMX, please mount it in a place free and clear of any obstructions, preferably as close as possible to the bottom of the dash pointing down toward the floor of the vehicle. 
  
• The external speaker, part number (RP-SPX, Sold Separately) must be used when installing a 4 channel amplifier to retain the OnStar prompts. It can be purchased through any PAC authorized dealers if required for your installation.

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Signature Required

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, DBs Car Audio will only require a signature upon delivery if the order is over $500. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft. Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Delivery estimates do not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, nor out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.

Standard delivery time for domestic customers will average from 2-4 business days, but can take longer in some cases. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of god (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also voided if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination. Our guarantee is also void if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made if a signature is required.
