Quite possibly the nicest 250 watt rms subwoofer on the market, the Massive Audio ECO10S4 has been a go-to subwoofer choice for quality installs on a budget for a few years now. While on the extreme other end of the audio world, there are the huge audio builds with multiple ECO10S4’s in the same enclosure for a mountain of bass fun. The Massive Audio ECO10S4 is way above what a starter subwoofer should be. Clean bass notes, very modest power needs, and crazy low pricing, all in the same package.

At first look, our ECO10S4 looks like it costs a lot more than what it does. The modest power rating of 250 watts isn’t a bad thing at all. It means you can save money on your amplifier and still have great bass without spending much money at all. Crisp sounding bass notes from the ECO10S4 make it a favorite for people who really care about the music as much as they care about saving money.

We gave the ECO10S4 a laminated paper cone, for not just smooth looks, but very accurate sound all the way down into the 37hz range. The standard red stitching through the cone into the surround gives the ECO10S4 a durable design and appearance. Speaking of looks, the custom stamped, with side venting, basket really gives the ECO10S4 a sweet touch. Using an EISV voice coil, wrapped on an aluminum former, inside a stout motor, will keep the notes accurate so that you will always hear those lows of your favorite music. Woven leads into the poly cotton spider, make sure you have no mechanical noise to affect your music.
